UPDATE ON DANTE

Dante had about two-thirds of his impacted poo removed yesterday while he was under anesthesia. Apparently the rest was too high up in the colon and couldn't be reached.  The vet is hoping that he will eliminate the rest on his own.  However, if he doesn't, a second manual operation may be required today.

The vets aren't used to working on such a large cat.

Let's hope that by the end of today that things will definitely be looking up for my darling Dante.  I miss him so much already.

So I'm sending him a 'Get Well' card to cheer him up along with all my love ...

And a little bit of encouragement from Winnie-the-Pooh!

"Please do like me, and Pooh, dear Dante", says Winnie who sent along a copy of his 'Get-Well Book'.

Turn that brown upside down!
