Dante you've made our hearts go pitter pat ever so fast with those pictures of you in the snow. We just love to look at your floofy tail curling over. Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
What lovely pictures, especially the last one :-) I think Dante was made for snow. With his dense, thick fur and huge chest ruff I bet he never feels the cold!!!
Your beautiful red coat against that pure white background makes you a Mancat for all seasons Dante! I know this is really redundant and I tell you this all the time- I can't decide to which season you look best and most handsome!
My goodness Wendy - you were not kidding! Dante is one of the most gorgeous creatures to grace this earth! Thank you for stopping by my blog to say hello and introduce me to this handsome boy!!
You will have to take a look at my website - I wrote a book about my Maine Coon and my Bengal - the photographs in the book are stunning and I think you would really appreciate them. The website is http://www.zeezoey.com
I will be adding your site to my list of favorite blogs for sure!!
I am currently retired after working for the Canadian Federal Government for 20 years, and then with Oracle Corporation as an applications consultant for several years after that.
Since I have retired, my primary occupation is taking pictures of my three cats: Dante, a 7-year old male Maine Coon Classic Red Tabby who weighs in at around 22 lbs., Dylan, an almost 5-year old male short-haired cream tabby who weighs about 14 lbs., and Domino, my little tuxy girl, who is 8 years old, only about 6 lbs. and is the boss (or dominatrix as I affectionately call her).
I prefer to take pictures of my feline subjects in natural light, and I sit out in all four seasons (weather permitting), so that I have shots of them in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The changing seasons make a good backdrop for the natural beauty of the feline being.
My cats are an endless source of admiration and fascination.

It would be very hard to choose a favourite, Dante looks wonderful in all of them!
It is a good thing you have that floof when it is snowy like that.
Your ginger fur looks even more wonderful in front of the snowy background! We love your expressions!
