Here's Dante in February 2010 peering around the side of the house.

He has a slightly worried look on his face as if he was a stray cat or something. And with that light dusting of snow on his head he certainly inspires sympathy.

DANTE: "I THAWT I THAW ..."

It was 2010 and there was a bit of a February Thaw.

 Dante decided to take advantage of the relatively balmy weather to sit out on the patio.  Luckily all of the snow had melted off the chairs so he was high and dry.

And, if you "thawt you thaw" a puddy tat ...

... You did!  You did!

And what a pussycat it was.

From February 2011 come these pictures of Dante posing beside the urn on the front porch.

With their juxtaposed curvature Dante and the urn seem almost as one.

Little wonder Dante has such a well-urned reputation!

He truly belongs on a pedestal.
