Though Dante looks great against the white of winter snow, and the green grass of spring and summer, I think his best season is autumn.
Perhaps it is because he is, himself, the colour of autumn.
Dante's fur is a vibrant rust, but when the sun shines on it, it looks like spun gold!
In shadow, it takes on a deeper auburn hue.
It seems that Dante is part chameleon!
Of course, it helps when I turn on the special effects like this fiery orange colour-enhancement.
Dante is virtually other-worldly!
Here he has a more natural aspect.
And here he is captured in all his fall glory!
"Leave it to me", says Dante. "The leaves, that is!"
For Dante, they are the ultimate catmouflage.
