DANTE: OVER-THE-SHOULDER SMOULDER

Here is a beautiful and unique portrait of Dante, as he takes a look back over his shoulder.

With the sun shining upon him, there are so many different shades and hues in his richly-coloured fur.  He almost appears to be on fire.

 Talk about smouldering!!!

DANTE TAKES A PAWS FROM THE ACTION!

Dante is the Lion King and he has very big paws with which to rule his kingdom.

Dante doesn't worry about playing any 'Game of Thrones' because ...

"As long as I has my crown an' my scepter an' my paws an' my claws no one kin take away my throne!  I'd beat 'em senseless." declares he.

Dante is very interested in his shadow.  The sun is stronger these days, so it seems to be following him around whenever he's outside.

A DANTE PORTRAIT GALLERY: PART II

Well, finally here are more portraits of Dante taken on a bright, sunny day at the very tail end of winter.  In the first four, he appears to be quite contemplative.

Needless to say (though I'm going to say it), Dante is my MEWS.

In the next four, we hone in on Dante's concentrated focus.  He has returned from his internal reverie to stare fixedly at some point of interest not far away.  Hmmm, must be a birdie or something!

O look!  It's the bluebird of happiness.
